Are you looking to update your phone number for the WealthCharts platform for Scanner & Price Alerts? Or do you want to update your phone number for your contact record?
If you are looking to update your phone number for customer service-related items, send us an email at support@wealthcharts.com so we can update your contact record.
To update your phone number, log into your WealthCharts account and head over to the Account Settings menu! It's located in the Settings icon at the top right corner of your platform. Once that is loaded, head over to the Personal Information section and this will show you your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Phone Number associated with the account. If you have not entered your own phone number for the platform, there will be an "Add Phone Number" button for you to select. To change your phone number, simply click on the number in blue text and it will take you to the registration process for that new number. Verify the code, and then you are all set!
