Indicator Alerts are a Global Chart Setting on your charts. To access it, right-click anywhere on your chart, go to Global Chart Settings and make sure it says "Turn Indicator Alerts off". This means the setting is already on. Select the option again to turn the Indicator Alerts off. Indicator Alerts don't appear on every single indicator. The Indicator Alerts setting is mostly on Exclusive, Premier, and Marketplace indicators.
To remove Indicator Alerts from your charts, just left-click the alerts and they will go away.
