Notifications on WealthCharts are vital especially when first starting out! Did you know that each of your notifications is stored on your platform before you remove them or read them?
As it stands, the Notification Center sends and stores 3 different types of notifications. WealthThoughts, Livestreams and Events, and Price/Scanner Alerts! Please note that most of these different notifications that fire off at the top right corner are timed and will disappear from the top right corner after just a few seconds.
WealthThoughts alerts notify you when someone has commented or begun following you because of a message you have entered into one of the Chat Rooms or a post you have shared on WealthThoughts!
Livestreams & Event alerts notify you when there is a special event or WealthCharts Livestream taking place. You can click on the notification that appears in the top right corner to load a Livestream and get into the event. If you notice that a live event is no longer happening in the Livestream, please refresh your web browser to try again or check the WealthCharts Events component to see if the event has passed.
Price & Scanner Alerts notify you when conditions you have placed on your chart or scanner have been met and triggered. If you are looking to learn more about creating price alerts and scanner alerts, check out the related articles at the bottom of this page.
To clear your Notification Center, simply click on the 3 vertical dots located at the top right corner of the feature and you will see the option to Mark All As Read or Delete All Notifications .
Have you noticed that at the top of your web browser where the web browser tab displays the WealthCharts icon there is a red dot and a number in the middle of parenthesis? This is telling you that there are new notifications that have not been read and the amount. Reading or deleting the notifications will clear the red dot and the number on the web browser tab.
To see more details and more of your alerts, click on the bottom button that says "View All" and it will take you to the full Notification Center component.
