Aside from Earnings, WealthCharts offers a robust scanner for Guidance data. Here you can find detailed guidance numbers for most of the US stocks, with both real, and forecasted numbers, and surprise % metrics.

Here are the columns shown in the Guidance tool:


Symbol - This column shows the different symbols that have entries. You can click the column header to sort the symbols alphabetically.


Date/Time Announced – When was this guidance data announced


Name – Full Name of the stock/company.


Period & Period Year – What time period does this information pertain to (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th quarter, or FY – Full Year)


Preliminary – Is this guidance data preliminary


Min. & Max. EPS guidance – minimum and maximum potential earnings per share guidance numbers that the company projects for the period being reported.


Est. EPS Guidance – The expected estimates for earnings per share guidance numbers of the period being reported.


Min. & Max Revenue – minimum and maximum potential revenue numbers expected by the company in the period being reported.


Est. revenue – the estimated revenue that is expected in the period being reported.


Like most research tools in the platform, Guidance also offers filters based on symbols, symbol lists and custom date ranges to help you streamline your research.
